The source code of websites created under MyHostPack services remains the exclusive property of DataSense Sarl and Jean-Christophe Jacquet. The purchaser is granted a strictly personal and non-exclusive licence to use the code, limited to the domain name expressly ordered at the time of purchase.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use the source code for any domain other than the one ordered;
• Reproduce, copy or adapt the source code for commercial or non-commercial purposes;
• Modify, decompile or disassemble all or part of the code;
• Assign, resell or transfer the licence to any third party in any form.

Any breach of these provisions exposes the offender to civil and criminal proceedings under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

DataSense Sarl collects personal data for the purpose of order management (name, email, phone, payment details via Stripe). This data is used exclusively for order processing and customer relations. It is never shared with third parties.
